Produced in California between 1972 and 1979 by the Auranthetic Corporation the Charger was converted from imported Taiwanese Gemini Mini Scramblers and SSTs without engines. Auranthetic Corp. cut the frames, welded in battery boxes, motor loops and installed the elecrtical components. Only a few thousand units were produced in two and three wheeled versions. There were distributors across North America and at least one in BC
I am a studio furniture designer and maker. My work ranges from large scale one-off commissioned furniture to production glass to lighting. I work in three major media: wood, metal and glass.
In addition to my design practice, I teach furniture design.
